A PADI  Staff Instructor is an instructor looking for career development.

 

What you need to start the course?

• Be a qualified PADI Master Scuba Diver Trainer.

• Be a qualified Emergency First Response Instructor.

• A PADI Staff Instructor Crew Pack (which is included in the price of the course)

 

What you can do once you are qualified?

• Independently teach and certify PADI Assistant Instructors (at PADI 5 Star Dive centres or resorts).

• Conduct IDC training segments while the Course Director is available on the premises for consultation.

• Evaluate and critique instructor candidate knowledge development, confined and open water teaching presentations.

• Provide counselling and remedial training for instructor candidates and IDC staff instructor candidates.

• Assist with training during instructor-level continuing education programmes.
