Our November IDC has been scheduled immediately before the PADI Instructor Examination in nearby Benalmádena, allowing you to complete your training in Gibraltar before travelling to Spain for your IE.

The PADI Instructor Development Course (IDC) prepares you to become a confident, knowledgeable and professional PADI Instructor.
At Dive Charters Gibraltar, your instructor training takes place within a working PADI Dive Centre, giving you the opportunity to develop your teaching abilities alongside practical experience of the day-to-day diving industry.
Throughout your IDC, you will develop your dive theory, teaching techniques, confined and open-water presentation skills and professional knowledge while preparing for your PADI Instructor Examination.
You'll also have the opportunity to brush up on your own dive skills and make sure your dive theory is up to scratch before the IE.

PADI IDC Prerequisites
Candidates must meet PADI's current Instructor Development Course entry requirements.
These include appropriate professional-level diver certification, minimum age and diving experience requirements, current CPR and First Aid training, and medical fitness to dive.
Not at Divemaster level yet?
No problem.
