Tony Watkins
Boss Man
With decades of experience in the dive industry working as a BSAC 3 and PADI MSDT instructor, Tony has spent nearly 30 years building a great team around him so he can kick back and enjoy himself but he's always on hand if there is a camera crew around! Whenever something cannot be done, Tony will get his hands dirty and fix anything, he is our go to mechanic for boats and vans, and is an expert at servicing equipment.

Staff Instructor and HSE Commercial Diver
Vince came to The Rock looking for a career as a dive instructor and has worked his way up to PADI Staff Instructor. He is now enjoying his eleventh season with Dive Charters and loves the difference that every day brings!

Riding his motorcycle
Making sure the shop is neat and tidy

Paul first came to us for a Try Dive when he was 14 and fell in love with diving instantly. He has worked his way to PADI Master SCUBA Diver Trainer while undertaking a Masters in Marine Science and is looking forward to the next challenge - PADI Staff Instructor.

Office and Chief Organiser
Milly is best placed in the office being in charge of booking in your dives and making sure the divers get their post dive food!

Robert Csuti
PADI MSDT
Robert passed his PADI Instructor course in May 2021 and is loving working in the Dive shop! This is a big change from his last job as a Hungry Monkey delivery driver but he has taken to being an instructor like a duck to water!

Reading the ScubaPro catalogue
Buying new dive kit...lots of it
Saying "Its okay"
Lotte Bisgaard
PADI Open Water Dive Instructor
Lotte joined us in May 2021 having previously worked in The Caribbean. Originally from Norway she's definitely the boss of all our instructors and is a firm favourite with our divers!
Hobbies include:
Oiling her hair after diving
Eating spinach
Sailing

Head Captain
Gui started his career diving with us in 2016, travelling far and from to warm waters. This year he has decided to settle and take on the challenge of driving our boat for dolphin tours and our boat dive trips.

HSE Commerical Diver and Skipper
The legend goes, Shane is an immortal soul. With blood made from dust, immune to everything out there. His hobbies include:
